• Regional differences in demand across the West Midlands and nationally
• How often an accepted offer is paid in full, per buyer
• Typical time from submission to strongest confirmed offer
• Used EV values and how they are moving month to month

Why there are no numbers here yet

Because we have not completed enough sales for them to mean anything. A spread calculated from a handful of transactions is not data, it is decoration.

It would be easy to publish something plausible. Plenty of sites do. But the entire proposition here is that the numbers we show you are real, and that has to apply to our marketing as much as to your offer.
